Being your own boss is so great

This week has organized me a free information session for virtual assistants.
One of the first things to ask someone when they think of its beginnings, why they want to start their own business.
I heard a variety of answers to this question, but often, the answer is “to be my own boss.”
When I start working with someone like her coach, I ask you to deepen this statement. Why do you want to be your own boss?
There are always deeper reasons that just because you wish.
And we often talk about the need to understand why you want to be in business for yourself. Because some days are hard, and some decisions are difficult.
Some days you wonder if it’s worth.
Why not start your business while studying why, and based on it?
Why do you want to be your own boss? Think of the real reasons.
Because it is very happy to be your own boss – for many reasons!
Here are some that I heard through discussions with other volunteers:
1. I get to make my own decisions (good or bad!)
2. I can manage my own schedule.
3. I manage my own workload.
4. Can I choose the people I want to work with them.
5. I can decide what I want to offer services.
6. I take the time to do other things I want to do in my life: visits for children, travel, vacation, etc.
These are normal reactions I hear.
Here are a few additional that you may not have thought.
7. How to get to decide what they charge, and how much money I make.
8. I get to claim some of my expenses on my taxes.
9. No answer at all.
10. Can I hire my own staff!
11. I can take a vacation whenever you want!
12. Can you make money much or as little as you like at any time.
Being your own boss is a huge responsibility, but when you look at the benefits, it is easy and safe to handle in these difficult days.
When you approach your business with Chief Executive mentality (which is an employee, you are the owner and CEO of his own company), it will work better with your customers.
